ABOUT THE RANCH
Woltemade Ranch is located approximately 160 miles (3+ hours by road) northeast of Windhoek, the capitol city of Namibia.
Our ranch consists of 20,000 acres of our own properties and several adjacent and nearby private holdings totaling over 40.000 acres. Our access to such a wide range of property and vegetation types allows us to custom arrange each hunt tailoring it to the needs and trophy wishes of individual clients. We are at approximately 4000 feet of elevation in a dry, healthy, malaria free environment. We have owned, farmed, and hunted this land for three generations. We have a fleet of well maintained hunting vehicles and our own maintenance facilities to ensure everything remains in working condition. Our employees and their families live on our farm year round and are dedicated to making sure your stay is a pleasant and successful one. We are a member of the Namibian Hunters Association (NAPHA), the Namibian B&B Association and the Namibian Tourism Board (NTB). Ritter Safari Adventures CC Head Offices are based on Woltemade, though you will be able to meet us in Windhoek and Swakopmund as well. Our Guides are fluent in English, German and Dutch and highly trained. We focus on deliver premium service at affordable prices while including conservational projects in our tours. Every year we choose a project that supports and protects endangered species and / or areas within Namibia and a percentage of our proceeds from our Tours and Art Sales is donated to them. _ |
